  • @Biggmofo ... thanks. i am not a talent by nature, so it was a bit work. i am very happy, that i can do now the "magic 100 kg". try it.

  • I like to use the rolling thunder for 30 second timed holds for maybe 3 sets, for the first time in my life i had really sore hands the next day, i only used 50kgs. Looking forward to building this up

  • thank you. unfortunately i am suffering now a disc prolapse. maybe never i can work with the rolling thunder. good luck for your gripper-work!

  • you have to like this exercise, and you have to like to suffer pain :-)

    "rolling thunder-men" are "very special" too. in a gym you will confuse a lot of people.
