you have to like this exercise, and you have to like to suffer pain :-)
"rolling thunder-men" are "very special" too. in a gym you will confuse a lot of people.

I like to use the rolling thunder for 30 second timed holds for maybe 3 sets, for the first time in my life i had really sore hands the next day, i only used 50kgs. Looking forward to building this up
