People should never release ferrets into the wild. If they don't want them they should take them to the humane society or find a home for them.

Actually I myself wouldn't do such thing but I've read on ferret forums as well as I've heard from friends that many ppl do so.

You are very correct, and I agree with you 100%. It is good that you got some experience before purchasing one, that has saved one more ferret from dyeing in the wild!
Good job!

it's not that I don't like them - I do.
I just don't want them to be abandoned by people who hastily bought them not knowing how bothersome ferrets can be. Much more than dogs or cats.
Let's not make this topic taboo. Many ppl releases their ferrets into the wild where most probably dies.
Cute.. Our cat's name is Duma and his twin sister's name is Dutchess.

I realized after the fact that 'duma' means cheetah in swahili....'chui' is leopard...he prolly woulda been chui had I known that...but duma does seem to fit him well :)

Adorable! That's one fast ferret. But then, I guess he'd have to be to keep up with a Bengal. Must be quite amusing watching the two of them slip around on those gorgeous wood floors! :)

Thank you :)
They're kinda like cartoon charactors with legs moving so fast they just blur out...

I have to tell you I really don't like cats (I'm a ferret/dog person), but your Bengal really is a beauty. And if he can keep up with your ferret, he gets extra points. Blessings on your beautiful companions. It really looks like you know how to enjoy them. : )

Well the begal just turned 1 and is about 3 times larger than in this vid...he still likes to play with chi-chi but his size intimidates her...they're still good friends though...now the cockatiel is differnet story ;)
