I guess it depends on where you place the scope on the rail of your gun, I never used a mask before so I wouldn't be able to give you a accurate answer.

lol this is neat, I'm just completely lost on why you would need mildot on an airsoft gun. You don't really calculate the range and bullet drop do you?
