Learn the training techniques of the man with the fastest hands and feet in town. Will Holder, of Sports Intelligence Training via Key2 Sports Training in Wall, NJ... Former NFL/AFL/NCAA football player shows youtubers a little bit about what it takes to improve footwork, core mobility, and hand speed all wrapped in one brief 2min45sec vid. Watch Will Holder work some basic ladder drills at blazing speeds, (Even some drills you may have never seen before!) that any athlete would find useful. Then he'll take you aspiring DB's through a few 'quick jam' drills that will help improve your game at defensive back in man to man coverage.

  • Really would like to see a video of you covering all the different routes in full and slow motion. Educational Purposes.

  • Nice request... I'll put that together for you... Just may not happen until spring because of scheduling conflicts. But be sure to check back then.

  • i just got done weight room today, can you give me some things i can do as a wide receiver cuz i cnt find nuthing much to work on

  • Whats your height, weight, age? How would you rate your speed and quickness? How are your hands? As a receiver you should catch 100 balls a day when training. Switch positions, jog around a lil bit, stand still etc... As long as your catching somehow. Great hands are a must, and a QB's best friend!

  • All-time leading receiver in Monmouth football history with 115 catches for 2,309 yards and 25 touchdowns at time of graduation in 1997. Was an all North Eastern Conference selection three years in a row from 1995-1997. Was a Division I-AA All-American in 1996 and 1997 in addition to being named team MVP in 1996. Averaged 36.7 yards per kickoff return as a junior, which placed him second in the nation behind only NFL Star Randy Moss. u r good

I bench 325, Squat 540 and deadlift 605. I have the strength but I just cant seem to get any faster. Any advice would be obtained as great graditude.
