well if you wish to represent quality beauty queens you have to scout her in cebu city... try to watch miss cebu pageant so that you can say ... ya its true... unlike manila beauty pageant ... ok lang mag tagalog...that is why binibining pilipinas pageant is very low ang standard!! international pageant yon.. , so you have to be good or fluent in english lang..... So come here in cebu for a beauty and brain,,, Karla is 2nd Runner up in Miss Cebu...2007..or 06' sorry forget the year..

I wish these contests were on dvd. Would love to see these pageants and shows. Thanks for posting. The most beautiful ladyboys are philippine, a combination of asian and latin.
