My wallpapers are also in Cydia and they are called "Apple Wallpapers". The source is http://cydia.touch-mania.com

In order to get the wallpapers changing like that I have a program called "BossPaper". Yes it is also in Cydia and the source is http://apt.bigboss.us.com/repofiles/cydia
