this is a really really good workout! but ot for beginners. it is for advanced working out people.
he is totally right about getting a partner. he is pushing you mentaly and also helps you lift the weigth if you ain't able anymore.but he only takes off a few pounds by doing this and ur muscles are still lifting most of the weight.
