Have you ever noticed that when people make fun of news anchors/ shows for their opinions...( such as PDF did about the hospital wait Time) they usually end up looking like the real idiots. ( I mean come on. They have writers and producers making sure they look good. Usually they are right). In this case Phil sounds stupid because if someone was in danger of dying there obviously isn't any wait. Let's say that someone broke their arm... That's when they wait 80 minutes
