@Somai82 Yes, the less christians the better I say. 2 of 12 are Jewish, this means a race/religion that only counts for 2.4% of our population holds 16.7% of our highest court. HMMmmmm I wonder how all the black people feel about only having 8.4% of the same court when they account for 14% of our pop? As an agnostic verging on being atheist I'm sickened by the 100% of religious folk that rule our highest court.
-
@Vinifera7 Actually I would state that in a sense. A real Jewish person, or a Zionist, holds Israel and it's people first before anyone and anything else, this would be a conflict of interest in the highest court of the nation.
-
@Innize A far-left atheist to at least make up for all the religious right-wing goofs we have already.
-
@Vinifera7 I mean to imply that it would be better to have someone that does not suffer from dual loyalties such as we have seen so much. I didn't invent the term israel-firster, but I have certainly seen it in action.
I am suggesting representation more equivalent to population and representation by persons of singular loyalty.
A 'person' cannot serve two masters -- (also not mine).

@ThunderDog97 Are you implying that a Jew is not a "real" American?
-
a "Jew" would probably be owned by the Aipac lobby.

Hear comes another court circus. Abortion, accusing liberals of Judicial actvistism or making law from the bench. The last court decision on corporate money was making law from the bench or judicial actvistism. I just hope the next justice is not a corporate tool.

she is a non judge already?? does that mean i can sign up????

How about a non-jew for the position?
Time for some real Americans to be in place of the dual-israeli/americans, I think America has seen enough of it's leader having more concern for a foreign country (israel) than for America.
Just a thought.

How about we nominate an atheist for the supreme court, instead of just religious people? -____________-

7 Christians and 2 Jews. And this in a country that takes pride in having the first secular constitution ever and where the founders blatantly mocked religion. What a joke.
