Im just pointing this out, but the first pitcher she came of the ground, so it would a an illegal pitch! But she's still learning! Great pitching! ((:

@boomermom11 Thanks for responding. Yes, if she was pitching it would be an illegal pitch, however she is doing a drill called walking through the pitch. Thanks for viewing, Mike

Why are these young ladies not taught to hide the ball better? I see so many ladies before they drive to the plate swing their arm back...To me your giving the batter more time to see the ball. As they get older and hitters get better the hitters (good ones) are going to start picking up the grip on the ball. The less a batter can see the ball before it leaves the pitchers hand the better.

@mandyandamandashow-- it's actually called a walking pitch, and it is used to get familiar with the mound, rubber, and just to warm the arm and wrist up.
