This is just a Combino that was made for the GVB in Amsterdam. However, sometimes a company like Siemens will lease a tram they've built from one tram company and showcase it to another tram company, in this case Poznan.
I'm quite sure that they've tested this tram, and if they decided to buy this model they ordered it with a different paint job than the blue and white associated with the Amsterdam tram company.
I know for a fact that this tram, the GVB T2039, is back in Amsterdam now.

It isn't a dutch train... it's a train witch drives now thru Poznan (look at the MPK Logo [the company that uses that train] at 3:48...)

te starsze ktore jezdza jako 12 (nie te calkei mstare ale te z kwadratowymi lampami w sumie troche podobne do tych) sa o wiele wygodniejsze i jest w nich wiecej miejsca

ale tatry (o ile to tatry - wiem tylko ze sa czeskie) maja fajny klimat, zwlascza ten srodek gdzie siedzi sie jak w transporterze opancerzonym :D
