Make meditation a habit.
It helps you to become more and more centered, calm, grounded and in tune with what you know is good and right for you and will work for your life.
If you can't do it twice a day, do it once.
If you can't do it for an hour, do it for 30 minutes.
If you can't do it for 30 minutes, do it for 20, 10 or 2.
Wherever you can carve out some time and space, do it.
It won't always be easy and you won't always feel like it.
Do it anyway.
As everything, it will get easier and more fun the more you practice.

Send LOVE to Mother Earth, Lady Gaia. Meditate wherever you are and whenever you can, alone or in a group and in your heart connect with your brothers and sisters around the globe. Lots of LOOOVE:)))

  • for beginner meditation videos and advise websites please open the info under the video

  • Needing Angels, gurus and guides to help you is separating yourself - seeing self as "less than" as opposed to "equal to".

    There is no 'higher vibration' to attain/ascend to.

    All thoughts/feelings/emotions/rea­ctions/opinions/beliefs/judgem­ents/limitations are of the mind/ego, and must be stopped, not just during meditation. You are always here as the breath.

    Yes that's right. I did not say one needs them, by the way, I am saying it's fun to medi with them.

    Plus, most people still experience life in a separated state, which is where medi comes in handy...

    However, this is more of a beginners video, the purpose of which is to get people started on meditation at all and everyone needs to find their own path.

    I am glad you are doing so well with this already.

    crying should come easily

    unlearning what you have learnt perhaps doesnt come so easily

    but the rewards are immeasurably great....

    emotions are a signal, pay attention to what they say in the moment, then let them free, let them go. See its ok?!

  • I just always cry when I listen to you speak about half way. When you said sometimes you can feel nothing. I started to cry. Because sometimes I am so overwhelmed I hold in my emotions. I also love how you said not to wait for perfect times to do. But to do. love and peace to you. I am so happy I found you on YOUTUBE.
