What's wrong with tax breaks for the wealthy? If they're abusing the system then it's wrong, but making more taxes for them just because they're wealthy is wrong as well. This country depends on the wealthy for its jobs and economy, if you want to create jobs then wealthy people must have a sense of security, stop fucking with the economy and realize this. Rich people aren't evil, and they know how to run an economy much better than Obama ever will.

I disagree. I think taxing the wealthy is a great idea. Everything I've seen in the last twelve years has convinced me that 1) Wealthy people have no interest in investing anything in America (look at the Apple computer corporation) unless we bribe them, and 2) that kind of decision-making ability in our economy should not be in the hands of a very small demographic of people. You can only bribe them for so long before you have nothing left.

Raising taxes is never the easy choice. But I'm tired of the wealthiest people getting all the breaks. 1% of Americans has more money right now than the other 99% combined. There is no middle class anymore. And while Republican candidates have been busy spouting idealistic nonsense about abortions and immigration Obama has succeeded in preventing this country from crumbling. I'm glad to say the worst is over, let's get something done.
