Woah , this is pretty helpful. Thanks for this dude, I seriously appreciate it, and I love the fact that you make it bob , because it's sort of annoying when you see an animation and none of the body is moving, just the head and legs.

Back run is the same as this but reverse the movement of the feet and apply it to the back legs first. Remember, the back legs will hit the ground first though, refer to the side run guide for more on how the front and back legs move in relation to each other.

I'm working on a fly cycle guide as we speak. As Dragons are fictional creatures, there is no definitive way they move. Look up the anatomy and behaviours of real creatures that closeley resemble how you want your dragon to move.
