@GoGoNards On a standard tuned, six string guitar with 24 frets, a guitarist has 162 pitches available to him at all times. Not all of them are used in one solo because many of them would not fit the context of the *song*. I didn't see anything wrong with his solo. He took an area of his kit that inspired him at that moment and took a rhythmic idea and experimented with it, pretty much what the rest of the drummers did. He doesn't have to use it all at once.

@GoGoNards Yeah, we all know that the secret to a great drummer is how many toms he can forcefully enter into a song. Honestly, it takes real talent to create complex rythms with simple layouts. Anyone can bring together 45 toms and just randomly bash them, calling it a rythm, it takes a true master to make new, complex, innovative rythms with a small setup.
