I just found out that my body is fat intolerant. I can't eat avocados, nuts, seeds, or oils without getting sick for days. Do you have any dressing ideas that are void of fat?
Thanks!

You can use lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange juice as a dressing (or even a mixture of these citris fruits). The fat intolerance might have to do with the liver being a little congested, I suggest every morning before you eat to make sure to drink a litre of water with some fresh lemon juice. Drink green juices as well.

starelle - not raw, but consider adding some lecithin (non gmo) + milk thistle to smoothies. Great for the liver and gall bladder and issues with fat intollerance.

love the milk thistle!!! (I never tried the soy lecithin-- what does it taste like?)

The lecithin tastes nice - slightly sweet ... and if added to a smoothie, makes things more creamy. Add to smoothies or dessert recipes using nuts/seeds or avocado ... not only does it create a smoother texture, it also helps the body digest fat better.
With the milk thistle ... add a small handful of milk thistle seeds and then make your raw nut milk - strain as usual and you've got a raw liver detoxifier as your nut milk! Yay!! (Thank Daniel Vitalis for that hot tip!)
