  • I've enjoyed them all from the very beginning in 1948, so I echo your sentiments! My favorite groups have always been 1, 2, 3, and 22. Even Bob Flanigan - lead singer until just a decade ago, states that Group 22 is the best of all time.

  • Yes Stew. I did compose the song and the lyric. It's kind of "hokey" but it expresses how I feel. Ross Barbour has always been one of my "heros." He's definitely one-of-a-kind. Thanks.

  • Ray, This was very nice. Did you write this and were you singing?

  • Oh yes...forgot to tell you...the singer is Tony Winston from Atlanta, GA. I sing so poorly my wife won't even let me sing in the shower.

  • Very, very nicely done--& ohhhhh so true. May #22 stay singing for atleast another 40 years. At least. Wolfsky9

  • well like you say kind of hokey but I love these guys nicely done Ray. Brian Wilson says it was like a religious experience when he first heard them, amen brother.

  • This is such a fully packed tribute to the group I've been in love my full life.

The old group and new, are beautifully

saluted by you. Thanks, The Four Freshmen Fanatic, Johnny August.
