偽善者、人種差別主義者 シー・シェパード
Sea Shepherd as known as 'childish hypocrites racists' in Japan Taiji

Mr. West eventually grows tired of having a Japanese news crew following him around. He gets angry and tells them that they are should go away because they are being ‚ The reporter responds by asking why its wrong for him to film Sea Shepherd members, when West apparently thinks it is okay for Sea Shepherd to follow around Japanese fishermen and film them without permission. Instead of answering that question, West declares that he won‚ speak to them anymore.

Scott West is eager to speak to the media after the meeting. He tells reporters that dolphins and whales are not fish, so they should not be considered a fishery resource. One of the reporters points out that Americans eat pigs, which are also mammals. West responds with a statement that falsely implies that the dolphins being hunted are endangered. A follow-up question about whether the number of dolphins is a deciding factor leads West to make a bizarre statement that equates the eating of dolphin meat to human cannibalism. He further confuses them by saying that he is a vegetarian for health reasons, not because he is an animal rights activist.

The mayor said that Sea Shepherd‚ views were the complete opposite of his own. He tells them that whaling is a crucial part of Taiji‚Äôs history and local culture. The people of Taiji obey the laws of Japan when carrying out their hunt (as opposed to Sea Shepherd, which has a reputation for law-breaking).

The anchors in the Fuji TV news room have no sympathy for the actions of Sea Shepherd. Yuko Ando finds Sea Shepherds to be childish and hypocritical, and wonders why Sea Shepherd is focusing on Japan instead of something like the Kangaroo hunts in Australia. They introduce a graph that shows how Sea Shepherd’s increased focus on Japanese whale and dolphin hunting has been very profitable. It is projected that Sea Shepherd may raise nearly 10 times more money this year than it did in 2004. If they want to keep making boatloads of money, they will probably need to continue attacking the Japanese.

  • Sorry for the spelling..

The name of town is Taiji.

  • The point is , over 99% of Japanese people today do not eat dolphins, whales or other spices which are considered as endangered species, judging from my real experiences living in Japan over 20 years.

The population of Tiji = 3500.

The population of Japan = approximatly 120,000,000

    [THE BASIC DATA (2012)]

  • The point is , Japanese has things to be attacked, not Sea Shepherd's act. If Japanese Fisherman and Japan Government is clean, why afraid.

After the nuclear scandal in Fukushima, how can world trust Japanese?

  • Saltwater Crocodiles are only bred for meat at registered Crocodiles farms. There was a wild crocodile breeding program and now we have too many wild crocodiles but they are still protected. Humpback whales migrating each year on the east coast of Australia only number around 15,000 so we don't want Japan killing any of them when they go to Antartica. We do not want to lose the species. They are still endangered and Japan will always face strong opposition if killing them.

  • Kangaroos number in the millions in Australia. They regularly breed to such numbers they will starve to death because there are so many there is not enough food for them. Then they are culled. It is illegal to simply shoot a kangaroo, you must have permission.

  • I am posting a video response for you to watch, my video images taken by me. Our whales interacting closely with us, they never touch the boats, they are extremely gentle creatures, there are only around 15,000 in our waters. If you can't understand why we don't want you killing them after watching the vid then you are simply ignorant. Japan does not need the meat, there is nothing scientific about what Japan does to the whales. The entire world knows that is a lie.

  • Yes well this ässhole" sent $200 of his own money to assist Japanese tsunami victims. With that and other family members we sent a thousand dollars that we could not afford. If there is an asshole here it would appear to be you! You rave on about Kangaroos, Alligators (actually crocodiles so you don't even know our species) and ask me how many whales there are. We know how many whales there are that is why we will disrupt Japanese whaling for as long as it takes to get rid of you! end of story.

  • @2keepemhonest Except that nobody used your donation for whaling. The money you are talking about comes from Japanese tax-payers, and that does not include assholes like you.

  • We did not send our money to Japan to be used for whaling, we sent our money to help the Japanese people, how dare Japan use our donations for whaling. No respect. Dishonest, disrespectful. We always thought the Japanese had some sort of honour, it appears they don't.

  • Ordinary Australians are now refusing to buy anything made in Japan. There are reports Japan has used 30 million dollars from the tsunami money donated by international countries, our family donated money to the tsunami victims. We will not offer our support again. We will not buy anything made in Japan. That money will now go to Sea Shepherd instead.
