@magicstar2001 No, this cat isn't having a seizure. When you scratch animal's backs sometimes they'll start to lick the air. This cat was just meowing at the same time. I have a cat and a dog that do this. (also the owner of that cat did explain why the cat was doing that. Also I'm pretty sure they wouldn't send the video to AFV if their cat was having a seizure).

Theres always those over reacting ppl who think they know everything about animal, this is simply a cat showing that he loves where ever hes being scratched, just like when you scratch a dogs back

To those thinking he's TORTURED just SHUT THE HELL UP he's just simply being rubbed on his rump some cats do that and in there way its meaning "Oh yeah, that feels good" my cat does that in a way but not like this but my bunny he'd just starts licking away

@magicstar2001 well actually, and yes you are right on ONE account, I had a cat years ago and this was her exact way of talking. Vet checked her out and everything the 1st time she did it at 3 mths old, she was PERFECTLY healthy, So yes cats do this when they have seizures but many of them also just happen to make noises like these when they "talk" or are being silly.
