well just so u people know a noise violation can be committed at any time if you can hear that sound from i think its 200 ft. away. you are fully with in your right to call the police. (my uncle had a civil war operational cannon, nabor got fed up an my uncle got a noise ticket at 3:00 pm on a bright sunny day) (the cop loved the cannon an was sry he had to give us the ticket lol)
