Some places have a radiance. Usually you see this glow when what is built works in harmony with striking natural surroundings. These are places like Dayanee Springs, Polygon's new master-planned community at the base of Coquitlam's Westwood Plateau in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
A mix of walking trails, green spaces and West Coast Craftsman homes, just minutes from the ease of great urban amenities. You only need to take in the panorama of majestic Mount Baker, stands of mature forest, local creeks, parks, and Lafarge Lake, to understand what sets this community apart. A place that celebrates the vest of life. Spanning the banks of East Hoy Creek, high above Town Centre Park is Dayanee Springs.
Polygon = crap. Homes with poor build quality. There is no quality control and they will give you windows that have a over 20 scratches and washrooms with yellow grout. They don't provide any kind of reasonable service. All they do is delay your repair and say that you caused the damage so they can get out of doing the service. They don't reply e-mails, calls, or any attempt to contact them. They just keep refering to other people. My home has been inspected more than 5 times and now no repairs.

This is nothing but a bunch of corporate bu......it. Polygon cares about nothing but the tidy profits they make. Please view my blog and video "Victims of Corporate Terrorism" to find out the truth about Polygon and who they really are.
