The Samba Festival held anually in July at the front of Hanakoganei station of Seibu-Shinjuku Line, Koidaira, Tokyo, Japan.
This is a record of the festival on July 20th, 2008.
Hanakoganei is a small town but once a year 30-40 thousand people come here to see the festival.
I hope you will enjoy the video.

西武新宿線・花小金井駅前(東京都小平市)で毎年行われるサンバフェスティバルです。
今年は2008年7月20日(日)に開催されました。
フェスティヴァルの模様を、10分ほどに編集してみました。
