The Samba Festival held anually in July at the front of Hanakoganei station of Seibu-Shinjuku Line, Koidaira, Tokyo, Japan.
This is a record of the festival on July 20th, 2008.
Hanakoganei is a small town but once a year 30-40 thousand people come here to see the festival.
