  • We experience a lot of weather extremes in SE Nebraska. Bitter cold winters to sizzling hot summers and bagworms have survived them all. Give your extension office a call. Your local staff can update you on best management practices on pests like bagworms specific to your region.

  • excellent presentation. Thanks for the info. I live in the North East, so I wonder if they can out live the frost and cold we tend to get here.

  • Good info. I had bagworms kill 1-2 of my leyland cypruss that were around 40-60 ft. tall. I had no idea what was happening at first.
