adams is the most boring place on earth. Maybe creepy b/c its mostly isolated farmland. blah blah , but as far as the house and cave they make good profits off the story/myth.

I meant it for this crappy movie. Yep, this is one of my most favorite ghost stories.

@zombee1235878 I grew up near Adams, Tn . Read all the books and heard all the legends. Although there are some good stories and intresting facts, like how the Bell Witch scared president Andreww Jackson, the movie was terribly wriiten.

@whitebluffman I studied about the REAL Bell Witch, nothing happened to that girl except she was bullied supposedly by the ghost. Who really died was the father. Said he died from a blue vial the ghost " left " on the table. It said " Drink Me " on the tab, so I don't believe that much of the story.

The movie "An American Haunting" is a fraud .... the movie has nothing to do with the TRUTH of the Bell Witch .
I was very disappointed in the film ... I gave it 12 thumbs DOWN . and I only have 2 of them .

At the end you find out that it happened because like her father raped her or something.
