It is a one minute long short film. I try to make a discussion on the contradiction between the contemporary realities and the dreams of Tagore for free India, the "Heaven of freedom". Tagore wanted words to come out from the depth of truth but now each and every word of Tagore and others who had a vision is sensed and and intrpreted in a way just against that spirit.
I made this attempt during the first year of my Degree. The production cost is just Rs.110/- being the cost of a tape for the handicam. All the post-production work was done at home with the most common soft-wares and with the help of my friends. All the steps of film making have to be followed however short the film is.
As I had to limit the film strictly to one minute as stipulated by the terms of an All Kerala Competition, the short film takes only certain lines of Tagore's "Prayer" from the Gitanjali.
