Get around a waiver means to find ways to sue even if their is a waiver a person "agreed to". And it happens all the time believe it or not. Blue mountain go google it. Its owned by the same people as whistler mountain bike park too.

oh and really don't give a shit what you did. your friends obviously got balls but is lacking brains. people like him threaten legal mountain biking for everyone whether its filing a lawsuit on a resort, forcing city's to freak out and close their parks due to realizing the high liability they posess, or giving a poor public image that mountain bikers are stupid, reckless individuals.

@blak8819 Well genius it happens all the time mostly to municipal bike parks but resorts too. blue mountain near where i live got shut down for a week and had all the jumps taken out and many of the better trails closed permanently because some kid who didn't know what the fuck he was doing broke his neck off a 5 foot drop and his family sued the resort. last time i went to whistler i signed a waiver too but its pretty common knowledge that even if you sign a "WAIVER" that you can still sue.
