  • My new V2 came with the grommets on it and it still shakes!

  • @Gta2O13 change them out to the extra ones for the canopy put them on it and pull the others.

    Be blessed

  • had my mcpx fall down at end of lipo ,motor just stopped

so maybe better not to do the mod ,,but take the shaking as a signal its time to change the battery

i love the full metal upgrade ,,but i rather seen it in flight as another static upload as this ,,or isnt she ready to fly yet ?

  • @bassax7045 I would says do the upgrades to it is worth it. you cant wear them out. I hope you will be able to get a big boy it is like it is flyin on rails. There is nothing like the big heli.

  • have you ever had a throttle issue after upgrading your mcpx to brushless?? i just had to buy a new board because the throttle would not engage. I haven't installed the brushless system on the new board im just gonna fly brushed for a while. I have the clubheli system.

  • Horizon hobby had the upgrades

  • Where did you get the aluminum upgrades from

  • Gotta say man I was skeptical about this but I tried your mod. Results, vibrations are GONE!!!! And it didn't cause binding in the servo travel like I was worried about either.

    BRAVO

  • @tntneon maybe if i get the kds innova 700 (copy of logo 600 but 700 size) i might save up for a jr or futaba of high quality to fly all my helis ,if it gets to be the jr ,the mcpx timer problem is solved ,if i still have it by then ;-)

i hear the stock mcpx wears out in about 300 flights ,,so the upgrades might be a cheap way to preserve it ,instead of getting a new bnf every 300 flights

  • @bassax7045 oh ok those are the most important ones to have the timer on ;-).

  • @tntneon i have a timer on my tx for the 450 and 500 ,,but mcpx i fly with dx5e that i got with phoenix sim last december

if mcpx would have come with a dx6i rtf combo ,i would have gotten that

but a loose dx6i is not an option right now ,budgetwise
