My favorite is a brand called "Fit & Active" from the Aldi grocery store chain. It is a 45g bar with 180 cals, 6g fat (2.5 sat), no trans fats or hydrogenation, 5g fiber, and LOADS of vitamins: 20% for each of C, E, B6, B12, Folate, Niacin, Thiamin and Calcium; 15% for each of A, Iron and Zinc, and 4% vitamin D. It's very filling, very tasty, and way better than any other I've tried. Aldi aren't in every state but if you have one go look for these. It's $4.69 for a box of 6 which isn't bad.

Special K Protein bar doesn't have 2 grams of fiber, it has 5. This is inaccurate. Weird.

This video is not entirely accurate. PowerBar Performance has never been advertised as a meal replacement bar. PowerBar Performance has always been promoted as a pre-workout bar mainly for endurance athletes. That is why there is only 3 grams of fat. Anymore fat would compromise the workout or performance of an endurance athlete. I trust Josh cox (American 50K record holder) and Chris Carmichael (Lance's coach) when they promote PowerBar, even though they are getting paid to use PowerBar.
