Luque is one of the world's best fighters. He has won two consecutive world championships and has won countless european championships. Since 1992 Luque has consistently ranked among the top three fighters in the world.

However, the young Iranian, Rouhani, has had Luque's number since their first match in Madrid in 2002. At the 2004 World Championships and once again in 2006 Rouhani has demonstrated his dominance. With each fight the rivalry becomes more one sided. It seems Luque can only be stopped by one man. And stopped decisively he is!

i certainly agree that karate is far more better in terms of application...as in the streets i often see taeks being mutilated in the streets..they fight like they're playing chinese garter or something..they keep on kicking without actually focusing on the target..you should have seen karate guys kick asses like yours..you're used covering yourselves with all the fancy plastics, that's why you feel unprotected and scared fighting without them..that's why...

Aikido is actually very effective in street fights also. Its known to leave enemies with broken arms and necks.
