  • Nice! Odd, the instructor seems more tense and uncomfortable than the students. Thank you.

  • Demetry is our resident member of the Canadian Armed Forces and is currently intensely training as an Officer in Artillery. He tends to call things the way he sees them and sometimes with laser sighted precision. We tend to agree with him, considering his support system. That said, everyone there is an instructor, demonstrator and living in the moment of what needs to be said and done. LOL! It's a Systema thing....CHEERS!

  • lol 24 august and in the date it says 19 august

  • Is there a legal citizen training course allowed?

  • It's so bad

  • Just wondering, how dangerous would people who study other martial arts consider systema? Would you go against a systema fighter? How much of a challenge would it be?

  • interesting... i have a friend who enjoys systema, and he was actually the one who referred me to this. It seems pretty good, by i still think ninjutsu is better (that's the one i study)

  • @trippboxer you know the name of that art?

  • @MrFiredownbelow dude.. this guys would fuck you up in one move... and practice muay thai and this thing way dificult

  • I haven't studied Systema but I am planning to give it a go. But I see nothing fake, stupid or bad from this vid. We do escape drills all the time in JuJitsu class and I have always found that being relaxed and flowing helps a tonne.
