Grappler refuses to tap when caught in an armbar despite having his elbow popped twice. Finally he taps after a nasty dislocation.

  • @altaris2000 WOuld also call the REF a dumbass for MAKING the guy break the idiot's arm! He asked 2 or 3 times for the ref to stop it! Unfortunately, I have seen TOO many dumass REFs say the same thing! It is really stupid, since they are supposed to help the fighter that is too dumb to protect themselves! DAMN!

  • i love the look on the guys face at the end. it said "i dont wanna.... but i will...aw shit...i told ya!"

  • Could someone have thrown in the towel?

  • He shouldn't have broken his arm.

  • @GJJFan Unfortunately that kid with the bent elbow had a terrible trainer! TAP OUT OR YOU CAN'T TRAIN OR ANYTHING TILL YOUR HEALED IGNORAMOUS!!

  • Gay bootycamp?

  • @runnybabbit12 Actually I'm not. Have you ever heard of the ref stopping a fight because a fighter cannot intelligently defend themselves? Well, it is the same as when a fighter WON'T intelligently defend themselves. It is to PROTECT the fighter! That is what seperates SPORTS from all out war/street fights, etc. Sometimes pride/ego can be the worst enemy of a fighter. And even sambo has refs. They aren't just there for when a fighter actually submits or gets KO'd. To enforce rules and protect.

  • maybe the ref was inexperienced, but regardless the dude in the shirt should have tapped. He is the real moron because he trains in BJJ and he was completely screwed there and still never tapped. The guy even gave him several chances to tap, and he looked frustrated for having to do that just to end it.

  • Wow...that guy's fucking stupid.

  • @GJJFan actually you are wrong

i believe the only way to get the ref to interfere is if the guys taps so strike or something like that.

theoretically so long as the victim neither yells "tap" or taps the game is still in session

but look at the bright side

at least it is not as bad as sambo

  • I compeat too, but damn. If im caught in a position I cant excape and face getting hurt, im tapping, and ill be back next month to try again. Its not worth sitting on the bench for a year to recover, and have a lifetime of pain...

  • Think this is the one and ONLY video I have seen where the grappler demonstrates full control of the opponent many many times, even going as far as explicitly showing the ref that the opponent is going nowhere, not coming up with ideas to get out, able to control opponent even with reduced leverage (only one arm), the opponent is *able* to tap but not doing so and to top it off shows to referee by slowly increasing leverage, the control. STUPID REF, even MORE STUPID op. and great video! Thanks.
