@RQT09 Based on comments the uploader posted previously, the bride purchased the dress from a boutique in Birmingham, Michigan called Roma Sposa. This place sells a brand called Couture Fort Desire (also labeled as Europa Couture). The dresses are made by a Ukrainian designer in Brooklyn, NY, and only sold in 3 shops in the US. Check the Couture Fort Desire to see if you're near one of them.
