Gator Pit of Texas goes to Korea

Custom designed and built for Pride International. This smoker/grill is 1/4" x 24" x 60" double door main with four angle framed sliding food racks. Locking adjustable tuning plates for more even temperature cooking across the food chambers. Upright smoker is 1/4" x 24" x 36" with four angle framed sliding food racks. Dual adjustable Birdhouse smoke stacks. Upright side access door to easy clean out the food chamber and an angle framed sliding charcoal rack. 2" grease drain with threaded cap. Three stainless steel temperature gauges. One gauge per door. Fully flanged doors to prevent heat and smoke loss. Full lenght angle framed steel front shelf. Flat top over firebox to heat beans, sauce, water, etc. Firebox is 1/4" x 24" x 24" pipe. Large side access door. Dual adjustable air-intake vents. Heavy duty removable wood/charcoal grate. Pit comes on skids or heavy casters.
