Okay, so I know I just posted, but I remember in another video you talked about a vegetarian jerky you had found. I was at Whole Foods the other day and, the one near me at least, doesn't carry that brand, but they carry another brand, Primal Strips by Primal Spirit Foods. They come in 6 different flavors, they're all vegan, they use either soy, seitan, or shitake mushrooms as the base. They all have 6-11g of protein, 74-108 calories, and 3-5g sugar. The peanut and hickory are yum so far!
@lisa777nicole I know this isn't her recipe, per se, but this is one I found on Pinterest before I saw this video that sounds pretty much similar. I plan to try to use flaxmeal in place of the flour though. I haven't made them yet, but I'm excited to :-)
Okay, YouTube doesn't like the link, so just google Cheesy Quinoa Bites. It's the first link, a blog titled So Very Blessed.
I watched that movie on Netflix and it was very compelling!!! Thanks for mentioning it! I am definitely going to incorporate some of that info into my plan.
Ross is getting to be a big handsome boy. A perfect combo of you and your hubby. I checked out forks over knives and enjoyed the film. Started to increase my veggie meals. Got one in my crock pot right now. And love my veggie lazagna. Getting close to my surgery date...VSG with Dr. Joya on Feb. 24th.
YOUR BABY IS SO CUTE!!! Seriously so cute. Anyways, glad to see this video. You have inspired me to make my own. Maybe tomorrow after my own grocery haul I will do the same. I just gave up the eggs a month ago and that's been the hardest thing. I still do cheese on occasion but am working on it. Good for you! Your kids are worth it!
OMG - My In-Laws are in town and my fridge is the scariest it's been in a LONG time. LOVE your fridge and am right there with you on the plant based choices with minimal meat. Nommy cucumber water sounds good! LOVE QUINOA - must make those cakes! Did not know I had to refrigerate it - thanks! Cute baby and cool kitchen chairs :) Awesome onion secret - I'm so doing that!

Why do you use the La Creme creamers as opposed to plain milk? Any significance other than flavor? What is the protein content of the creamers?
