So sad to hear of Johnny Cronin's passing. I am getting this news rather late, as he passed in November of last year. I knew him here in San Francisco and visited him in New York in the early 80's - he was a fine man and one of the best box players ever.

The accordion player is John Cronin, no relation to Paddy. I'm very sorry to report that he died unexpectedly on Nov.22nd 2008.

One of the best weekends in Killarney of recent years, not to busy but plenty of great tunes.
