  • Great results, thanks for sharing! It's good for guys to know there are options aside from just DI and keyhole.

Do they remove the inframammary fold with this technique as well?

  • I'm honestly not sure, but I don't think so. Simply because he does leave a small amount of natural breast tissue, reason being bio-males do have mammory glands. So I will need to have mammograms in the future, but it seems to look very natural, at least to me. I plan to do a chest update video when I hit 6 months post-op.

  • Wow. That looks fantastic. And I checked out your surgeon's website, and holy crap. Every case looks great. (granted, he gets to choose which pictures go up, but still. freaking amazing.)

  • He really does do good work actually. Check out some of the other sugerys he has done, like the revisions where he has fixed other "doctor's" screw ups. That is amazing. Thanks for watching!

  • Your Chest is coming along nice. Wow You are so natural. I would never have know you were not born male had you not said so.

  • I have arnica gel for bruising, but didn't need it, weird but I'm the only person I know that had zero bruising from the surgery. I didn't have lipo though so maybe that was why. I waited about a month before I started with the vit e. Once I got the go ahead from the dr. and he gave me maderma, which is just expensive aloe vera...and onion juice...

  • Honestly, you don't look like you would have nearly enough tissue to fit under the mammogram compression paddle! ;)

You're quite right: men do have breast tissue and do get breast cancer. I don't have enough tissue left for a mammography either. My doc just recommended self-exams. I don't have a history of cancer in my family or have other common risk factors. Those who do might need to be more vigilant about this.
