I just did the ultra hard mode on Garr, but instead I used my Voidwalker. Did the AOE taunt so that I could cast several SoC before they came up to me and then the Sacrifice shield, turns out its not so hard... VW almost died when he had all mobs on him though, until the SoCs started to trigger and he healed up with Fel Synergy.

simply with melee damage ;) yes he dont do much damage but it is enough

Going closer = 75% healing debuff, affects Fel Armor Ticks, Healthstones, Pots AND Bandages. Bearing in mind you have to permanently health funnel the Felhunter after adds are dead unless you start to use nearby mobs as drain batteries.... You can keep your health up with a periodic bandage/fel armor ticks..but as soon as you get the debuff, you WILL eventually go out of health and die (Using 5/8 felheart and mostly i245/251/264 gear btw).. Id only dot up when boss is low

There's actually no reason not to dot him up after the adds are dead, just go in with shadowward, dot up, run out and heal, you won't take any damage :) Beats waiting 20 mins at least :P Hehe :) Awesome guide mate!

True m8, even with my gear I had some troubles. I just don't see why you didn't use VW for sacrifice, obviously wasn't neccesary, but it's kinda awesome.
