@mtiucrhianeol i made it simply about the horror of war, irrelevant of wich one. but i think the song was actually more about the "cold war" arms build up. rather than any war in perticular.

the track is from the "Real Live" album. this, and most of the tracks where recorded at wembley stadium london uk in 1984. collin allen-drums, ian Mclagan-keyboards, greg sutton-bass, mick taylor-guitar.

Excellent audio track, but why all the WWII footage? This was a Vietnam era song, although it fits just as well with the current War of Terror. See the recent Tatiana Moroz version. Anybody know where this track came from and who all was in the band?
