No, you're stupid.
I've been riding for 30 years and know 7 people that have had their ribs broken when their quads landed on them. This little guy is in full gear.

when i was ten i rode my older brother mike's bike it was a 450cc kawasaki i was scarded it went 60 mph in third gear but i sticked to low 2nd gear still fast

first time i rode a bike i went skidding for at least a mile i broke 3 bones and my skin was in chunks......

Frighteningly, yes, he's pretty good! He's six now and want's to fly airplanes... I'll have to convince my flight instructor to give him a lesson :D. I'll post that whenever it happens.
