Calling Mecca the "golden ratio point of the earth" is retarded. Using the two poles are reference points, two latitudes would fit the golden ratio. And there's no way to mathematically decide which of these two are correct nor a way to pick a specific mathematically "superior" longitude. Ergo, this is pseudo-science trying to use obfuscation and deception to make a non-scientific point.
