International Living editor Dan Prescher interviews the owner of Tico Winds—a windsurfing and kitesurfing base on Lake Arenal in Costa Rica. You can rent windsurfing and kitesurfing equipment here.

The owner, Peter, is from England and moved here 20 years ago. He loves living here and especially enjoys the climate.

Dan also talks to American expat Jim, who first came to Costa Rica in 1990 and retired in the Lake Arenal area in 1995.

spent tow weeks at arenal 13 years back the winds are awesome, not the day of this vid ...but thinking of settling there in 13 or so years at least seasonally.
