  • @Psychodarity pes or pedal is the foot, calcaneus is heel of the foot, tarsus is the ankle

    metatarsal one of five bones of the foot that articul;ate with the tarsal (proximally) and phallanges distally

    thats how my book defines metatarsal

    The olecranal is the posterior of the elbow. The anterior is the antecubital.

    I am curious as to the naming of the top of the foot as dorsal. I can't seem to find that reference anywhere. Is that not the metatarsal of the pedal? Perhaps it is a simple misspelling of tarsal.

  • maybe the they renamed stuff because my book says the elbow is the olecranon in olecranal region
