People did not stop flying Concorde. I've said this to people many many times, and I can't be bothered to go into it any more. Go to the website 'Concordesst' and look there, as what you are saying is nonsense.

people on here can say what they like boeing and airbus are both rubbish compared to this. the reliabilty far out ways any thing boeing or airbus could ever make. it had 1 crash in over twenty years and people stop flying on it look at boeing and airbus crashers. i'd fly concord any time and lets face it no one can ever beat the looks......

i miss the concorde. it was a great jet.

but maybe(!) boeing will design a new jet in concorde style. the main idea is that they want to build a jet that can fly as fast as concorde. but it will take some time.

because its just an IDEA for the future. they would do it for 2030 or so... so it would take time - even if they really do so.

Yes, the TU-144 was faster and slightly larger, but was less economical than Concorde.

Yeah, that was wrong, but it was what my teacher told me. The Tupolev Tu-144 flew the first time 2 months before the Concorde had it's first flight. In fact, the Tu-144 was faster as the Concorde, but it also needed more fuel.
