Discussions around the Future of Learning in a Networked World and building online communities. The 16th of January 2008 was teachers day in Thailand - it was also the day that the FLNW08 Gala Dinner was held in association with EON Foundation. In attendance were Michael Coghlan and Trish Everet both high users of technology in education from Australia, Vance Stevens from Texas via Abu Dhabi, David Gleave CEO of Asiatrac and for 20 years in charge of setting up Cambridge exams around the world, Johnson Oh, a multimedia technologist, Terry Freidlikson head of learning at the Bangkok Post (Thailand's national English daily) and Robert Puffer from the American School in Bangkok.
