  • You need to cover the pan while steaming the gyoza. That way, you don't need to flip them over.

    When you look at the serving suggestion photo on the package of frozen gyoza, you'll see it. And traditionally, they serve it brown side up.

  • 1. I cover the gyoza when I steam it, but I didn't film the whole cooking process

    2. I know about the serving method...I'm Japanese :p
