  • I admire Winston Peters, a fine man who would make a great Prime Minister.

He is charasmatic, intelligent and witty.

  • @koopaz123 Also, looks like ACT's John Banks is going to sacrifice *their* core principles for much the same reasons as Key is National's. i.e. Coseying up to power despite the National Party pledging to form coalition with the racial-preference promoting Maori Party, despite ACT being founded on One Law For All NZers. Sounds like something out of Labour or NZF's playbook. Yep they're all a bunch of assholes now, pretty much.

  • @koopaz123 I consider John Key just as empty a suit as Peters. They both have no core principles: Key continues to abandon National's supposed principles just to maintain power in the easiest way possible. The only reason Labour is doing so badly is because National occupies the ground they did before. Labour and NZF supporters should be liking today's National Party! There's really not a lot of difference between the lot of them any more. Btw, read up what Peters did after the 1st MMP election.

  • @horsie111 You clearly are a ether national or act supporter. The two parties I dislike the most

  • @totara81 Like all narcissists, the "charm" is just a front. Scratch the surface and there's nothing but a self-promoting creep underneath. He's everything I loathe about politicians. Most New Zealanders, I think, see through his routine. He always topped the preferred PM polls years ago as he skillfully played himself off against both National and Labour; since then people have learned more about him. I bet that today he's one of the most unliked pol's in NZ. Yet the act continues => Empty Suit
