Bears and wolves in the Finnish wilds

We spent a truly magical night in a hide some 60 km east of Kuhmo, near the Russian border, viewing bears and wolves, with a total of 6 bears and three wolves being lured by the carcass that night. And we got to witness a collared bear being chased off by two wolves.

Minusta ei olisi tällaiseen kojutoimintaan, mutta upeaa matskua jokatapauksessa. Haaskat tuntuvat niin halvoilta tuollaisia metsän prinssejä kohtaan :) Mutta olen kyllä törmännyt luonnossa karhuun ja suteen, upeita hetkiä. Ainoan kerran pelännyt luonnossa, kun kiimainen hirvisonni oli valmis hyökkäämään aukealla kohti. Hienoa, että joku vihtii jakaa tällaisia luonnon hienouksia, vaikka itse tapaa en sulatakaan :) Kiitos.

Ehdottoman suositeltava kokemus, vaikka aika harvinaista on nähdä susia ja karhuja yhtä aikaa, karhuja näkee melkoisen varmasti joka yö.

beautiful footage.. one day i will visit Alaska to go bear watching & see the biggest bears of all.. once again great footage.. bet you had lots of fun..
