My daughter had some Abercrombie & Fitch pants that were an olive/army green that got washed with some RED skinny jeans (from Urban Outfitters...which by the way, lost almost ALL of it's red in one washing!!!!). The dye in the red pants turned the waistband pink and left red dots on the pants. I decided to try some "Rit Color Remover" to see if it would take just the red stains out of the pants as I read mixed advice/comments when doing an online search about "red dye transfer." I was pretty sure the pants would lose more color but gave it a try any way since my daughter hadn't been wearing the red dye stained pants. Here are the pants BEFORE putting into the solution. The video didn't really show how pink the pants were (especially because they were wet).
