All of us who are printers can appreciate this video, its a constant battle everyday.

This nails it on the head. I personally love this video and hate it at the same time. I've wasted my time on customers like this and have went out of my way. I know who is real and loyal customers vs. a person trying to get a deal or try to talk you you by saying little wayne is going to wear my t-shirt. WD40 haha, hilarious.

totally awesome. everybody's always looking for a deal. if they only dealt with all the variables that goes into each an every job...then they would realize how ridiculous they sound.
