I no longer see a tab in the Phoenix Preferences...It's in the owner's Inventory? So now, if the avatar owner decides not to mess with/activate the physics, there will be no movement for a third party/external observer to see? Before the third party or beholder (or maybe that should be "voyeur"? lol) was in control and could initiate and adjust the physical movements they were watching or wanted to see from within their Phoenix HUD. Now all control is with the avatar owner. Is that right?
